The aim of this organization is to improve the living conditions of populations, promote and defend Human Rights especially women's, youth's and children's, the first victims of war and conflicts in Africa.
Description:
MJA is a registered non-profit organisation operating in the Territory of Uvira, South Kivu province.We have six main areas of interest:- Human Rights- Peace and Conflict Resolution- Legal Assistance to young people- Economic and Community Development- Health and Education- Sport, culture and Leisure activities.
We are working to help young people get employment by providing training in areas such as joinery, mechanics and dressmaking as well as basic literacy skills. We are also bringing them together through sporting and social activities.We have identified street children living in Uvira in order to organise them and provide them with services.
Funds will be used to pay school fees,as well as buy, for example: uniforms, notebooks, pens.
